David Stonebraker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the radiology and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant since September 2020, David is also the President & CEO of both IRAD Services, Inc. and Apex Medical Services, roles held since March 2000. At IRAD Services, David leads a prominent tele-radiology solutions firm expanding from Pennsylvania across the Mid-West, while Apex Medical Services provides on-site radiological diagnostics and long-term care support. David's previous roles include Head Varsity Coach for the Plum Hockey Association and Trainer for the Professional Ski Instructors of America. Additionally, David served on the National Board of Directors as Secretary for the National Association of Portable X-Ray Providers, advocating for relevant legislation. An experienced executive with roots in sales and operations, David’s career includes significant positions at NCS Mobile Diagnostics, Precision X-Ray, and Roth Young.
