Michelle Lewis, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Engagement and Culture at Apex since September 2017, overseeing HR strategies within a company specializing in integrated design and construction for dental and medical practices. Prior to Apex, Michelle was the Office Manager and HR Generalist at FLOR from 2012 to 2017, where responsibilities included implementing HR programs during significant organizational changes, enhancing employee relations, and managing benefits. In earlier roles, Michelle gained experience as a Designer and Owner at VL Interiors, leading large-scale hotel renovation projects, and as a Designer at Hospitality Project Services. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Ohio State University, complemented by an English minor.
