Rodrigo Heronville

CHRO - Head Of People, Communication, Social Investment, Inclusion + Diversity South America at Aperam

Rodrigo Heronville has extensive work experience in various roles within the human resources and sales fields. Rodrigo began their career at Acesita in 2001, where they served as a Sales Account Executive, managing key accounts and developing long-term relationships with clients in the white goods industry. In 2008, they joined ArcelorMittal Inox Brasil as a Commercial Manager and continued in that role until 2010. Heronville then moved to Aperam, where they held several positions, including Export Executive Manager and HR Shared Service Executive Manager. From 2016 to 2021, they served as the Human Resources Director for the ROW region and as an HR Business Partner for Aperam Service & Solution perimeter. In 2021, they were appointed as the CHRO and Head of People, Communication, Social Investment, Inclusion, and Diversity for Aperam South America.

Rodrigo Heronville has a strong educational background in business and management. Rodrigo completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fundação Dom Cabral from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they completed a Specialization in Business from the same institution in 2010 and 2009. Additionally, Rodrigo obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Business from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing from 2006 to 2009. Rodrigo also earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Pontificia Católica de Minas Gerais from 1996 to 1999. In 2002, they completed a 2nd Bachelor degree, specializing in Business and Management Business, from ILAC - International Language Academy of Canada.
