Kelsey Glover is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic communications, C-suite advisory, and event activation. Currently serving as Senior Director at APCO since April 2018, Kelsey specializes in global strategic communications. Previously, Kelsey held multiple roles at the Digital Diplomacy Coalition from August 2013 to January 2023, contributing as a Board Member and Spokesperson while collaborating with various embassies and international organizations. Kelsey has also served as Public Relations Manager at the German Marshall Fund of the United States and as Young Alumni Coordinator for Elon Alumni in Washington, DC. Additionally, Kelsey has played advisory roles for the Coalition for Afghan Democracy and served as Media and Public Affairs Officer at the Embassy of Afghanistan in Washington, D.C. Kelsey holds a B.A. in Strategic Communications and International Studies from Elon University and has furthered education at The American University in Cairo.
