Stephen J. Wisely has extensive experience in emergency communications and education. Currently serving as a retired professional at Wisely since January 2023, Stephen has also held significant roles at APCO International since 2006, including Director of Communication Center & 9-1-1 Services and Senior Business Development Coordinator. In addition, Stephen has contributed to Onondaga Community College as an adjunct instructor since 1992, and previously served as Commissioner of the Department of Emergency Communications for Onondaga County from June 1997 to July 2006.
