Richard Hodgson is the CEO and President of Certify Holdings, a position held since April 2023, overseeing supply chain solutions for industries including aerospace, defense, and medical. In addition, Richard serves as the CEO and President of SMT Corp. since September 2022 and as CEO of APC Technology Group PLC since August 2015, where significant turnaround and growth initiatives were implemented. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Green Compliance plc and Chief Financial Officer at Triplearc plc, both focusing on business restructuring and successful shareholder exits. Richard's career also includes key finance positions at Iron Mountain Europe and leadership roles in the music industry at Universal Music Group and Warner Music Group. Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Manchester.
