Joe Crenshaw is an accomplished professional in the field of animal nutrition with significant experience spanning several decades. Since 2002, Joe has served as Vice President of Technical Services at APC, a global leader in the manufacture and sales of blood-derived functional plasma proteins and red blood cell products. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of Technical Services at APC, focusing on animal nutrition research and education. Between 1993 and 1998, Joe held the position of Manager of Swine Research at MoorMan's Inc., and from 1985 to 1993, Joe was an Associate Professor in the Animal and Range Science Department at North Dakota State University, where responsibilities included teaching and conducting research. Joe holds both a MS and PhD in Animal Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a BS in Animal Science from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
