Ryan Foo, CEC, WCEC, currently serves as the Director of Culinary Operations and Interim Executive Chef at The Apawamis Club since April 2022. Previously, Ryan held the role of Executive Chef/Director of Culinary Operations at Upper Montclair Country Club from September 2012 to December 2021, and served as Executive Chef/Food & Beverage Director at Paramount Country Club from January 2010 to September 2012. Ryan also has extensive experience as Executive Chef at Shackamaxon Country Club and as Chef De Tournant at Brooklake Country Club. Early culinary experience includes roles as Lead Line Cook at Hilton Short Hills and Line Cook at Tropical Illusions, specializing in Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, and Guyanese cuisines. Educational background includes an AAS in Culinary Arts from HCCC and a certificate in Fruit-Vegetable-Ice Carvings from Art On Food + Ice AG, alongside continuous learning at Fairleigh Dickinson University.
