Marija Svarc has extensive experience in the brewing industry, having held various quality and managerial roles over several years. Currently retired, Svarc served as a Quality Specialist at Apatinska pivara from April 2013 and previously worked in Group Quality Compliance at Molson Coors and StarBev, providing support in quality management and auditing. Prior to that, Svarc was a Group Quality Specialist at Anheuser-Busch InBev and contributed to supplier quality assurance at Apatinska Pivara. Beginning a career at Apatinska Pivara in 1987 as the Manager of the Malting Plant, Svarc oversaw malt production and implemented best practices. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in Beer, Wine, and Yeast Technology from Univerzitet u Novom Sadu.
