Tania Williams has held various leadership roles in the field of human resources and talent management. Tania is currently the Founder & CEO of Homewatch CareGivers of Long Beach & Torrance, where they focus on providing compassionate in-home care services. Prior to this, Tania was a People & Culture Strategist and Vice President of People & Culture at APARAVI, where they were responsible for building and scaling a talented team. Tania also served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources & Talent Acquisition at 24 Hour Fitness, overseeing the company's talent acquisition function and human resource strategy. Tania's experience also includes roles at Bear Ice Company, HR Connect LLC, and Sears Holdings Corporation, where they held various positions in human resources and played a key role in developing and executing people strategies.

Tania Williams has a diverse education background. Tania obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a concentration in Leadership & Organizational Change from the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration with a focus on Distribution Management from the USC Marshall School of Business. Tania also attended the Hellen School for CNA, where they obtained a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Home Health Aide License, specializing in the field of Nursing.
