Edric Lu has extensive experience in technical support and project management, currently serving as Technical Support Deputy Manager and Project Supervisor at Apacer since July 2015, where responsibilities include delivering exceptional technical support for industrial clients and collaborating with NAND flash and controller suppliers to address technical challenges. Prior to Apacer, Edric worked at ASUSTOR Inc. from October 2013 to March 2015, initially as a Technical Support Engineer and then as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, focusing on providing professional support and troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Early in the career, Edric held roles at Sequal and Power Create Network Integrated Company, offering customer support and IT assistance. Edric holds a Diploma of Technical Studies in Computer Systems Information Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, completed between 2011 and 2013.
