Stephanie Rau has extensive work experience in the energy industry. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Mass Markets at APG&E, a position they have held since November 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Customer Care at APG&E from March 2017 to November 2021. Before joining APG&E, Stephanie worked at Direct Energy, where they held various managerial positions, including Manager of USN Gas & Power Pricing, Manager of USN Gas Pricing, Hedging, & Analytics, Manager of Data Management, and Manager of US Gas Pricing and Analytics. Stephanie also worked as a Senior Analyst and Analyst at Direct Energy, with responsibilities including market analysis, supply evaluations, risk management reporting, and valuations. Stephanie has a strong track record of successful project management, process development, and team leadership.

Stephanie Rau, CSM has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History which they obtained from Vanderbilt University from 2001 to 2005. In 2012 to 2013, they pursued a Master Certificate in Applied Project Management from Villanova University. Additionally, in August 2016, Stephanie obtained a certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance.
