Caio Renan Pierno has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caio Renan started their career at EDS as an IT Support Analyst in 2002 and worked there until 2004. After that, they joined TIVIT and held various roles such as IT Support Analyst, IT Capacity Plan Specialist, Sr. IT Consulting Engineer, and IT Manager for IT Framework & Tools Engineering. In 2019, Pierno joined Aoop Cloud Solutions as an Engagement Manager, where they focused on Business Process Automation. Caio Renan later became a Service Delivery Manager in the same area. In 2021, they took on the role of Service Delivery Director - Business Performance, responsible for optimizing IT Operations efficiency using ServiceNow ITOM platform applications. Throughout their career, Pierno has gained expertise in areas such as automation, artificial intelligence, machine-learning, and IT services optimization.
Caio Renan Pierno earned a Bachelor's degree in Administration from Centro Universitário Assunção, where they studied from 2007 to 2012. Caio Renan also completed a Technical degree in Informatics at ETE Lauro Gomes from 1998 to 2000. In addition to their formal education, Caio has obtained various certifications, including Certified Implementation Specialist in Project & Portfolio Management and Certified Implementation Specialist in Event Management from ServiceNow. Caio Renan has also achieved certifications in Discovery, Agile and Test Management Implementation, ServiceNow Platform Subscription Model, and ServiceNow CSA - Certified System Administrator. Furthermore, Caio obtained the IBM Certified Deployment Professional certification in IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus 8.1 from IBM in 2017.
