Susan Hoare is an accomplished professional in the field of actuarial science and pensions, currently serving as a Partner at Aon since 2001, where roles include Scheme Actuary and Governance Lead, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant and Pensions Actuary. Additionally, Susan has held the position of Pension Trustee at Aon since 2018. Previous experience includes working as an HR Consultant at Aviva plc from April 1997 to May 2001 and as a Management Trainee at Commercial Union from September 1995 to March 1997. Susan Hoare is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries, having completed studies between 2001 and 2008, and holds an ACII designation from the Chartered Insurance Institute, attained from 1995 to 2000. Education was completed at Cardiff University from 1992 to 1995.
