Tomasz Rados is a financial officer at the European Innovation Council and SMEs Executive Agency (EISMEA) since January 2024, following a role as a financial correspondent and project assistant at the European Commission from February 2022 to January 2024, where contributions were made to the Directorate-General for Structural Reform Support. Prior to this, Tomasz served in various capacities, including as a coordination team member at the European Defence Agency and as a coordination assistant at the European External Action Service. Leadership experience includes serving as president of Network PL, an association for Polish employees in international organizations. Additional experience also encompasses roles with the European Commission and the Ministry of Economy and Labour. Tomasz holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Warsaw.
