Alistair Lester is a seasoned executive in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as the Global co-CEO of Aon M&A and Transaction Solutions, as well as the EMEA CEO of the same division at Aon. Previously, Alistair held significant leadership roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Global Head of Facultative, CEO of Faber Global, and Interim CEO of Willis Netherlands. Earlier in the career, Alistair was the Managing Director of M&A Solutions for the UK at Aon. Alistair's educational background includes a BSc Honours in Environmental Science from King's College London, completed between 1993 and 1996, and attendance at Canford School from 1987 to 1992.
