Laura Frings possesses extensive experience in coaching, consulting, and management across various organizations. Since April 2021, Laura has served as Geschäftsführerin at Reinschmidt Energiesysteme GmbH, while concurrently holding positions in Agile Coaching, HR Strategy, and Systemic Coaching at AOK Systems GmbH since January 2019. Additionally, Laura has been a Senior Coach & Consultant at FriWay since June 2020 and previously managed a fashion label at NOVS from April 2018 to December 2019. Laura's earlier roles include Talent Acquisition Management at it-economics GmbH and Sales Assistant at MCL. Laura holds a Master of Arts in Business Psychology from Hochschule Fresenius Köln and has certifications in health consulting and systemic coaching.
