Marc Stal serves as the Head of Education Portfolio Focus Programs and Program Leader for AO Milestones at the AO Foundation since June 2021. Previously, Marc held positions as Senior Program Manager for the CTAP and Project Manager for Global Educational Events at AO Trauma from June 2017 to June 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Officer at the Global Risk Forum Davos from November 2009 to June 2017, a Research Associate at the United Nations University from May 2007 to November 2009, a Market Research Assistant at Management consult Dr. Eisele & Dr. Noll GmbH from May 2005 to October 2007, and a Project Assistant at the Swiss Federal Institute for Snow and Avalanche Research SLF from September 2004 to March 2005. Marc earned a Master’s Degree in Geography with minor studies in Environmental & Resource Economics and International Relations from Heidelberg University between 2005 and 2008.
