Mounika Kareti currently serves as a Recruiter Process Outsourcing (RPO) at Junglee Games since October 2024 and as a Senior Recruiter at Anzy Global since November 2022, after previously holding the role of Recruiter. Mounika is responsible for the end-to-end hiring process for engineering teams across various levels, demonstrating proficiency in maintaining strong client relationships and delivering value-added services that ensure quality and client satisfaction. Mounika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from Acharya, completed in October 2022.
