Roopali Vishwasrao-Jadhav has held various roles in the IT industry since 2005. Roopali began their career as a QA-2 at Megaware Technologies in 2005. In 2007, they moved to Capgemini as an Automation Tester. In 2009, they joined SunGard as a Senior QA Engineer. Finally, in 2012, they took on the role of QA Manager and Senior Business Analyst at Anzu Technologies Private Limited.

Roopali Vishwasrao-Jadhav completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computers from Pillai's College of Engineering, University of Mumbai in 2004. Roopali had previously completed their HSC from Ruia College in 2000, and their SSC from Indian Education Society in 1998.
