Michelle Walter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and design management. Currently serving as the Head of Operations for Financial Wellbeing and Research at ANZ, Michelle develops and drives operational strategies while enhancing team efficiency and communication. Previously, Michelle held the role of Head of Design Operations, optimizing workflows for a global team of designers. Additional leadership roles include Design Mentor at adplist.org and APAC Co-Chapter Lead at DesignOps Assembly. Michelle's earlier career features significant contributions as Design Studio Manager at Studio Round and Design Studio & Production Manager at Wunderman, where responsibilities included project management, client relations, and budget oversight. Michelle holds a Certificate IV in Marketing & Communications from RMIT University and a degree in Professional Writing & Editing from Deakin University.
