Marlon "Man" Castro, BSA, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple regions and industries. Currently serving as the Vice President and Finance Controller for Shared Services at ANZ, Marlon oversees finance operations in Manila, Bangalore, and Chengdu, focusing on global service transfer pricing. Previous positions include Vice President at Regus, Shared Service General Manager at Veyance Technologies, and roles at Allsec Technologies and Citibank. Marlon has demonstrated expertise in process standardization, financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance, driving efficiency and substantial cost savings.
