Manoj Kumar R has over a decade of experience in operations and customer service management. Currently serving as a Team Manager at ANZ since December 2014, Manoj has held various roles including Operations Team Lead, Production Lead, and Investigation Officer. Prior to ANZ, Manoj worked at Firstsource Solutions Limited as a Sr. Customer Services Agent from October 2011 to December 2014, and began a career at Pizza Hut as a Dispatcher from August 2009 to May 2011. Manoj holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on human resources from Indo Asian Academy Degree College, completed in 2011, and completed secondary education at Florence High School in 2006.
