Eric L. has extensive experience in data analysis and management within various industries. Currently serving as an Analyst at ANZ since February 2019, Eric provides data insights for decision-making and leads data migration initiatives for banking systems. Prior to this role, Eric worked as a Data Analyst at AMP for a brief period, focusing on the publication of a regulator engagement dashboard. Between June 2013 and September 2018, Eric held the position of Analyst at Standard Chartered Bank, where responsibilities included implementing a data quality management framework for regulatory reporting. Earlier roles include Management Trainee in Enterprise Architecture Management and Revenue Operation Specialist at FedEx Express, focusing on collections operations and process engineering. Eric's career began as a Weapon Systems Officer in the Republic of Singapore Air Force, overseeing air defense systems. Eric holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and a first-class honors degree in Aerospace Engineering from UNSW Australia.
