Divya Varghese Panicker is an accomplished engineer and associate vice president at ANZ, with experience dating back to November 2013. In the current role as engineering lead for the LoanIQ squad, Divya focuses on stabilizing systems, enhancing customer experience through collaborations involving GenAI capabilities, and developing integrations with core ANZ systems. Previous experience includes serving as lead developer for ANZ Share Investing and as a lead consultant at Genpact Headstrong Capital Markets. Divya has a strong technical background, having developed applications for automating investment management processes and integrating functionalities within Microsoft Excel. Educational qualifications include a degree in Computer Science from TKM College of Engineering and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Computer Science at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
