Matt Rosenthal has extensive experience in people analytics and workforce strategy, currently serving as the Sr. Director and Head of People Analytics & Workforce Strategy at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since October 2021. Prior roles include Program Analytics & Strategy Lead at Fannie Mae, where leadership was provided for the Program Analytics Team, and Director of Recruiting Strategy & Analytics at Gartner, overseeing a large-scale Talent Acquisition team. Matt began a consulting career in analytics, strategy, and operations at Deloitte, focusing on federal clients. Matt holds a Master's degree in Biohazardous Threat Agents and Emerging Infectious Disease and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Environmental Science from Georgetown University, alongside additional education at the University of Sydney.
