Lauren Connelly serves as the Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Manager at Anywhere Real Estate Inc. since November 2015, where responsibilities include driving process improvement and managing full-cycle recruiting for senior-level positions at Sotheby’s and Coldwell Banker. Previously, Lauren worked as a Human Resources Generalist at Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics from May 2011 to November 2015, focusing on providing HR guidance and developing solutions in collaboration with the internal HR network. Lauren holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University-College at Florham.
