Karen Sitton currently serves as Vice President of People Operations at Anywhere Real Estate Inc., a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, Karen accumulated a wealth of experience at NRT from December 2003 to January 2019, where responsibilities included Vice President of Human Resources, Regional Director of Human Resources, and Director of Human Resources. Karen's career also includes a ten-year tenure at Neuvant Aerospace Corporation as Director of Human Resources. Educationally, Karen holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Washington.
