NOUREDDINE Elmassoud currently serves as a Help Desk Team Leader and System Administrator at AnyTech365 since June 2022. Prior to this, NOUREDDINE worked at OVHcloud from August 2011 to June 2022 as a Senior IT Support professional, providing technical and commercial support for web hosting services, dedicated servers, and cloud infrastructures, as well as assisting clients in selecting and implementing hosting platforms for various web projects. NOUREDDINE also gained experience as an intern at Maghreb Steel in early 2011, where responsibilities included integrating and installing the project management software MS Project 2010 and providing technical support to users. NOUREDDINE holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Networks, and Security from IT-SUP, and has completed several educational programs in computer development and information technology across various institutions, including OVH Training centers in Tunisia and France.
