Ruiyang Wang has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. In 2015, they interned as an iOS Developer at TouchPal. The following year, they interned as a Software Development Engineer at Microsoft. In 2017, Ruiyang had another internship as a Software Development Engineer at YITUTech. In 2018, they worked as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Clarity Movement Co., where they automated documentation deployment and integrated AWS X-Ray. Beginning in 2019, Ruiyang joined Google as a Software Engineer, where they developed CI systems and command line tools and worked on data protection in the Google Cloud Storage. During their time at Google, they held the role of Senior Software Engineer, leading a team and working on various projects until 2023. Currently, Ruiyang is a Senior Software Engineer at Anyscale since 2023.

Ruiyang Wang earned a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley from 2018 to 2019. Prior to that, Ruiyang Wang completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Shanghai Jiao Tong University from 2013 to 2017.
