Oksana R. started their work experience in 2014 as a Dispute Manager at Quality Assurance Department in Govitall.com. Oksana then moved on to become a QA at Mobisoft Ltd in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a QA at Sportech LLC. From 2018 to 2020, Oksana worked at Unicheck as both a QA and a QA Team Lead. In 2020, they joined Togizu Technologies LTD as a QA Manual Engineer. Currently, they are employed as a QA Engineer at AnyClip since 2021.

Oksana R. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, from the University of London. Oksana pursued this degree from 2021 to 2025.

In addition to their formal education, Oksana R. obtained several additional certifications. In September 2021, they completed the "English and Academic Preparation - Pre-Collegiate" course from Coursera. Oksana also completed the "English for Career Development" course and the "How to Manage a Remote Team" course from Coursera in August 2021. Moreover, Oksana R. obtained certification in "AWS Fundamentals" from Coursera in December 2020 and in "IBM Cybersecurity Analyst" from Coursera in November 2020.
