Karsten Sicker is an experienced professional in the fields of controlling and treasury, currently serving as Bereichsleiter Controlling & Treasury at ANWR GROUP since February 2023. Prior to this role, Karsten held various senior positions at SGL Carbon from May 2005 to February 2023, including Vice President - Head of Global Controlling for the Business Unit Carbon Fibers and Director - Head of Controlling for EMEA in the Business Unit Graphite Materials & Systems. Earlier in Karsten's career, a formative experience was gained through an Auslandspraktikum at Raytheon in 1998. Academic credentials include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in European Management from London South Bank University and a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen.
