Are you tech-savvy with a knack for solving problems and managing digital platforms? The ANU Entrepreneurship Club is looking for a Technical Operations Lead to oversee the technical side of the club’s operations. In this role, you’ll manage email access, platforms, and provide essential tech support for the club, ensuring smooth digital operations for both the team and the community.

About the Role

As the Technical Operations Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing the club’s digital infrastructure. From email and password management to platform administration, you will ensure that all tech-related systems are functional and effective. This is a key role in keeping the club’s operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment, and your support will be essential in enabling the club to reach its goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage email access for the team, ensuring members have the necessary credentials and proper access to club resources.
  • Administer platforms used by the club, ensuring they run smoothly and are up-to-date (e.g., CRM, event platforms, etc.).
  • Provide basic tech support for the team, resolving issues related to digital tools, software, and platforms.
  • Handle password management and ensure secure access to club accounts and resources.
  • Assist with basic email marketing, including creating and sending newsletters, announcements, and event promotions.
  • Dedicating 4 hours weekly, including 2 hours in-office to manage tech support tasks, coordinate with the team, and implement tech solutions.
  • Attend leadership and team meetings to discuss digital strategies and tech needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A student currently enrolled at ANU with experience in technical operations or IT support.
  • Strong understanding of digital platforms, email marketing tools, and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with password management systems and data security best practices.
  • Good communication skills to provide tech support and explain technical issues clearly to non-technical team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle tech challenges efficiently.
  • A strong interest in entrepreneurship and helping the club stay digitally organised and efficient.
