Akanksha Shukla is a professional with diverse experience in customer success, content marketing, SEO, and electrical design engineering. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at AntWalk since September 2020, Akanksha has also held various roles in content production and marketing, focusing on social media engagement and strategic outreach. Previous experience includes an SEO internship for keyword optimization and a sales role that leveraged automation tools for lead generation. Akanksha volunteered as a lecturer at Kanha Makhan Public School, teaching Physics and Science, and worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at REW Constructions Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included project scheduling and equipment design.
