Lars Enander has extensive work experience in the field of software testing and quality assurance. Lars is currently employed at Antura AB, where they started as a Senior Software Tester in December 2016. In this role, Lars was responsible for testing the company's PPM Tool 'Antura Projects' and related products. Lars performed feature testing, performance testing, regression testing (including automated testing), and worked according to an agile development methodology.

At Antura AB, Lars also served as an interim Director of Product Development, starting in April 2020 and ending in January 2021. During this time, they managed and organized work within the department, including the development and management of the product 'Antura Projects'. Lars was also responsible for implementing methods, processes, tools, and techniques for development, testing, and quality assurance.

Prior to their role at Antura AB, Lars worked at Ringhals AB as an Analysis Leader for Plant & Reactor Safety from September 2014 to November 2016. Their responsibilities included verifying and validating changes and upgrades to the nuclear reactors at Ringhals, as well as ensuring compliance with guidelines from the Swedish Radiation Authority.

Lars also worked at Konsultbolag1 as a Consultant/Manager from January 2012 to August 2014. In this role, they took on multiple assignments as a tester and test manager for various customers. Their main focus was serving as a Consultant Manager for the consultants at Konsultbolag1 Väst AB.

Prior to that, Lars worked at NASDAQ OMX as a Director of Verification from October 2008 to December 2011. Lars managed verification teams responsible for testing Exchange Software for customers worldwide. Lars oversaw functional, non-functional, system, regression, and acceptance testing, working closely with development and requirements.

Before their role as a Director, Lars worked as a Senior Test Engineer at NASDAQ OMX from August 2002 to August 2008. Lars was responsible for software testing and served as a test leader for Exchange Software and systems.

Lars began their career at HiQ Data AB as a Consultant from August 1998 to August 2002. Lars had a total of five assignments in various areas as a consultant for HiQ.

Prior to that, Lars worked at MYDATA automation AB as a Software Designer from August 1997 to August 1998. Their work involved developing control software for mounting machines and handling installation and configuration management.

Lars started their professional journey at Ericsson Hewlett-Packard Telecommunications AB in June 1994. Lars worked as a Developer and Tester, primarily focusing on software development and testing for Telecom supervision and control on the TMOS platform.

Lars Enander obtained a Master of Science in Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. In addition, they have obtained two additional certifications: REQB Certified Requirement Analyst in November 2012, and the Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in August 2007.
