Andreas Edmark began their work experience in 2001 at Siemens Business Services, where they worked as an IT tekniker providing IT support for the Siemens group in Europe. In this role, they handled firstline and desk side support for applications and hardware, managed calls and incidents, performed access management, and led projects on deploying thin clients.
In 2017, Andreas joined Antura AB as a Support Consultant. In this position, they provided 2nd line support for customers through email, phone, and screen-sharing. Andreas was responsible for troubleshooting technical issues with cloud and on-premise solutions, installing products in both cloud and on-premise environments, and configuring SQL, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure. Andreas's work at Antura AB continues, as they transitioned into a Support Engineer role in May 2019.
Andreas Edmark began their education in 1998 at Komvux, where they studied IT for one year. In 1999, they attended Miroi Academy, focusing on networking for a year. Andreas then enrolled in IT 200 in 2000, where they furthered their studies in the field of IT for a year. Most recently, in 2021, Andreas gained IT knowledge outside the box at Antura Support Royale, completing their degree in IT administration in 2022.
