Daniella Mendes has had a long and varied career in marketing and communications. Daniella began their professional journey in 2003 as President and Director of Finance at Empresa Mega Jr, a junior company of Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 2005, they took on the role of Assistant of Marketing at Intravel Turismo. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at Zupper Viagens, first as a Marketing Coordinator, then as a Marketing and Communications Leader, and finally as a Culture Organizational Leader. During this time, they were responsible for capturing new sales channels and negotiating existing ones, creating communication and engagement strategies with customers, creating campaigns for distribution channels, and propagating and maintaining the company's values. Daniella also managed social networks and produced content for the agency's channels. In 2015, they were a Professor for a course on Digital Marketing and Customer Relationships at the Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. In 2018, they became the Marketing Coordinator at Kontrip Viagens, and in 2020, they were the Marketing Manager at Pro Solutti. Finally, in 2021, they assumed the role of Head of Marketing at Anttecipe. Additionally, since 2007, they have been the Owner, Manager and Writer at Dicas e Turismo, a travel and tourism guide for national and international destinations. Daniella is responsible for creating layouts, feeding the WordPress system, developing written and image content, promoting and managing social media, capturing partnerships, and analyzing performance and SEO tools.

Daniella Mendes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi in 2004. Daniella then completed a course in Communication and Digital Marketing from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing in 2012. In 2014, they earned a Master's degree in Hospitality from Universidade Anhembi Morumbi. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Módulo Basic Zenvia Academy - Chatbot Master from Zenvia Mobile in November 2018 and Sabre - Reservas from Sabre Corporation in January 2012.
