Sanela Filipovic has a diverse work experience, starting in 2016 with a role in adjustment and quality control at Volvo Car Group. In 2017, they joined HandelsJuristerna AB as a Personalansvarig, where they were responsible for strategic HR activities and recruitment processes. Sanela also focused on culture and leadership development, organizational development evaluations, and performance appraisals.
