Mustapha Ziade is a seasoned Game Economy Designer currently working at Antler Interactive since September 2022, where responsibilities include leading tokenomics and economy design for new projects, innovating blockchain economic solutions, and enhancing long-term sustainability of game economies. Previously, Mustapha worked at Astrolabe Gaming for two years, contributing to 18 gaming projects by designing game economies and monetisation strategies, as well as coordinating diverse team efforts throughout project lifecycles. Past roles include serving as Executive Director Assistant at OPECO Project Management, where project management and stakeholder interaction were key, and as a Human Resources Officer at ICAD-KSA, where recruitment and HR data analytics played a significant role. Mustapha holds an MBA from HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Lebanese American University.
