Kima (Shakima) Tozay, MSW, LICSW, CCM, PMH-C, CDP®, currently serves as an adjunct faculty member at The University of Alabama and Antioch University Online while co-founding and convening the Doctoral Health Equity & Policy Scholars Support Network. Kima's experience includes a senior social worker position in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and facilitating Lean Six Sigma projects. Kima has held various leadership roles in clinical services for the Department of the Navy and contributed to national health equity committees and taskforces. Educational achievements encompass a Doctor of Social Work, multiple advanced certificates, and participation in initiatives focused on public leadership and organizational excellence.
