Francisco joined Antin in 2021 and is a member of the Investment Committee.

Francisco is a recognized leader in the infrastructure sector. He brings over 25 years of experience at Citigroup, where he spearheaded the establishment of the bank¡¯s infrastructure practice. During this time, he advised on the successful completion of sector-transforming transactions across the entire infrastructure asset class, including in the utilities, energy, environment, transportation, telecommunications and social sectors.

He was most recently Global Co-head of Infrastructure at Citigroup. From 2012 to 2019, he was European Co-head of Infrastructure. Prior to this he held a number of other leadership roles including Head of CEEMEA M&A, Head of Power & Utilities M&A, and Head of Iberian M&A.
