Allison Sipes has a diverse work experience, starting in 2005 as a Production Assistant at Convergence Film & TV. In 2006, they worked as a Sales Associate at Juicy Couture, and from 2007 to 2009, they held the position of Territory Manager at Braintree Laboratories, Inc. Additionally, from 2007 to 2023, they worked as a Group Fitness Instructor at VIXEN FITNESS, and from 2013 to 2017, they were a Master Trainer at SPIN CITY AERIAL FITNESS LTD. In 2011, they became the CEO of The Florida Pole Fitness Championship, and in 2012, they became the Company Owner of International Pole Empire. Currently, they hold multiple roles at AntiGravity Orlando, including Aerial Instructor, Social Media & Marketing Director, and Event Performer.

Allison Sipes completed their high school education at Gainesville High School, earning a diploma between 1998 and 2001. Allison continued their education at the University of Florida from 2003 to 2005, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In 2009, Allison obtained certification as a Group Fitness Instructor from the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. Allison also obtained another certification as a Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council of Exercise, specializing in Group Fitness and Personal Training. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Group Fitness Instructor from the American Council on Exercise (ACE Fitness) in May 2009.
