Pernilla Bodén has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Pernilla currently works as a Senior Management Consultant at Antigo since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of CIO at Skandikon from March 2019 to May 2021 and also served as the Head of IT Development at Skandikon and FOREX Bank. Pernilla has a long association with H&M, where they worked in various managerial and leadership roles in the IT department from 2009 to 2017. Before joining H&M, they worked as a System Responsible at Skandiabanken IT and gained experience as a Senior IT Consultant at Fabi, Zoul Konsult AB, Sigma AB, and Ericsson. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Finance Manager and Insurance Administrator at AB Akademikerförsäkring. Overall, Pernilla Bodén's work experience reflects their expertise in IT management, consultancy, and leadership.

Pernilla Bodén has a diverse educational background. Pernilla attended Linköping University in 1998, where they studied Datasäkerhet (Data Security), although no degree was specified. Before that, from 1990 to 1991, they attended Bromma Gymnasium and completed a one-year program in Automatisk Data Behandling (Automatic Data Processing). Prior to that, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Nya Elementar Gymnasium and completed a three-year program in Ekonomisk linje (Economic Line) with a degree in Gymnasieekonom (High School Economist).

In addition to their formal education, Pernilla Bodén has obtained several certifications. Pernilla earned the certification of Certifierad CIO 12 from Dataföreningen Kompetens in April 2016. Pernilla also obtained the SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in May 2021.
