Kevin Welsh began their career in 1986 as Post Production at One Pass. In 1991, they moved to Digital Pictures as VP Marketing. In 1996, they took on two roles simultaneously, as Founder, Creative Director, Chief Technical Officer at Antics Online, Inc. and Agency at Netscape.

Kevin Welsh began their educational journey at Cardinal Spellman High School, graduating in 1980. Kevin then attended Marquette University, but did not receive a degree. In 1984, they earned a Master of Business in Media Administration from Syracuse University.
