Angelica Martin serves as the Associate Director of Workforce and Education Development at the Anti-Recidivism Coalition (ARC) since October 2019. Previously, Martin held the position of Workforce Development Director at the Miguel Contreras Foundation, overseeing a $5 million budget and successfully implementing workforce training programs for formerly incarcerated individuals. With extensive experience in workforce development, Martin has also directed programs at the Youth Policy Institute and Chinatown Service Center, managing diverse budgets and teams while cultivating partnerships to enhance program effectiveness. Martin has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Northridge, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from California State University, Los Angeles.
