David Lewis is the Research Director for Asia at the Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute since December 2023 and serves as the Chair of the Governance Committee for Stewardship Code Aotearoa New Zealand. As the founder of Novus Consulting, established in 2022, David focuses on promoting sustainable investing within New Zealandā€™s domestic charitable sector. David previously worked as a Portfolio Manager and Deputy CIO at Milford Asset Management from February 2013 to June 2021, where management of various funds, including the award-winning Milford Diversified Income Fund, was undertaken. Additionally, David held key positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a Director and at Principal Global Investors as a Credit Analyst. Academic credentials include a Master of Studies in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, a Certificate in Arts from Auckland University of Technology, and a B.Com in Economics from the University of Canterbury.
