Roger Dayala

Head of Investment Department at Anthos Fund & Asset Management

Roger Dayala has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Roger started their career at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Credit Risk Analyst in the Corporate Banking division. Roger then moved on to Deutsche Bank, where they worked as a Senior Research Analyst in sell-side Equity Research. Roger also had an 18-month expat assignment in the Zurich office, contributing to the success of the Equity franchise. After that, they joined Friedman Billings Ramsey in London as a Vice President, handling US Equities Sales to Dutch and Belgian Institutional Clients.

Dayala later worked at InsingerGilissen | A Quintet Private Bank as a Senior Portfolio Manager. Roger managed the IdB Equity Income Fund and the IdB High Yield Bond Fund, both of which earned recognition and awards for their exceptional track records. Roger also served as an interim Portfolio Manager for the IdB Convertible Bond Fund.

Their next role was at BNP Paribas, where they held various positions. Roger started as Co-Head of Securities Advisory, responsible for Equities and Bonds and instrumental in launching successful investment portfolios. Roger then became the Head of Fixed Income and Manager Advisory Offering, overseeing all Discretionary investment decisions and managing Fixed Income Assets under Management.

Currently, Dayala works at Anthos Fund & Asset Management as the Managing Director of Hedge Funds & Commodities. Prior to this, they served as the Head of the Investment Department.

Roger Dayala completed their Master of Science (MSc) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Erasmus University Rotterdam from 1992 to 1997. In 2011, they briefly attended the University of Amsterdam, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or pursued any specific field of study. Additionally, in 1996, Roger participated in the CEMS Master Program at Esade as part of an international exchange program. The field of study for this program is not specified.
