Brandi Hayes is an experienced medical social worker currently employed at Anthony L. Jordan Health Corporation since July 2016. Prior to this role, Brandi served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Rochester School of the Holy Childhood from August 2010 to May 2014, where significant responsibilities included overseeing incident management, conducting investigations of abuse and neglect, and performing comprehensive program audits. Brandi's earlier experience includes roles at Lifetime Assistance, Inc. as a Medicaid Service Intake Coordinator and Medicaid Service Coordinator, where evaluations and community outreach were key duties.
