Young-Jae Kim is a Co-Founder at Anthill AI since August 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Analyst at Assesta, Co. Ltd. starting in 2012. Young-Jae also served as an IO Psychology Consultant at Pinsight from May 2019 to May 2020. Young-Jae Kim was a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Georgia from August 2015 to May 2019. Young-Jae also worked briefly as an HR Analyst at LG CNS Co., Ltd. in 2012.

Young-Jae Kim completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. Following this, from 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Behavior and Management Science at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology. Finally, from 2015 to 2020, Kim attended the University of Georgia, where they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
