Chris Skyles has a diverse background in the commercial real estate industry. Chris is the CoFounder & Chief Growth Officer at AnthemIQ, a digital transaction management software company for the commercial real-estate industry. Prior to this, they served as the CoFounder of Elevate Growth Partners, a commercial real estate firm with a focus on tech & innovation. Chris also co-founded SkylesBayne, a corporate real estate advisory firm that exclusively represents tenants. At SkylesBayne, they successfully brokered over $250,000,000 in third party tenant representation transactions before leaving in January 2020.

Chris Skyles attended Westlake High School from 1994 to 1998. Following high school, they pursued further education at Texas A&M University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
